1. Order Verification & Quality Control
We prioritize transparency and quality. To ensure your peace of mind, a video of your specific item will be sent to you prior to dispatch. This video serves as proof that the item is in perfect condition and functions as described before it leaves our facility.
2. No Returns & No Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and our strict quality control process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once the item has been dispatched.
3. Damages During Transportation
While we take extreme care in packaging your items, Crystalcom Media is not responsible for any damages, loss, or delays that occur during transportation or transit. Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for the physical integrity of the package lies with the carrier and the recipient.
4. Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund (under exceptional circumstances approved by management), the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
